From October to the end of December 2021, more than 700 citizens from five EU member states (Denmark, Germany, Italy, Hungary, and Spain) and the UK will take part in dialogue meetings in GlobalSay on brain research. The dialogue meetings is a part of the Human Brain Project and our efforts to be responsive to the ethical and societal issues, dilemmas, and raised by brain research.
We are passing the microphone to the public. Host a dialogue meeting and invite 4-8 of your friends and acquaintances from your family, football club, school, or work to talk about brain research and what your thoughts are on the boundaries for future research. Hosting a dialogue meeting requires no expertise. The Danish Board of Technology has created an online platform that can be accessed with a mobile phone, tablet or computer and will feed you information and ask questions along the way. With this support, it is possible for you to simply and easily conduct the dialogue meeting by yourself with your guests and collect the answers, at a time that suits you, within the time limit. All answers will become part of the Human Brain Project’s research.
Learn how to become a host to seize this opportunity to have your voice heard and help shape the future of European brain research.
